I eat chicken fish tuna veggies and some legumes. I use the plate the dr givw me to portion my food. Idk what else to do. What am.i doin wrong? I'm not eating much at all and to top it off I'm having a constipation issue and it takes days for me to go and even then it's hard to do. I'm trying stool softener but it does t seem to be helping too good. I started flax seed a few days ago with no luck yet. Please help

    Lapband and bad back

Ok I am going to try the local civic center. Idk how much they cost but it's worth a shot even a couple days a week it's 20 miles one way from my house
  4. Anyone out there have the band and has had surgery on lower back and can't exercise. I have lost 45 pounds since my band surgery in April 15. But I can't exercise because of my back issues. I am trying hard but have stalled on weight loss. All I eat is tuna and other fish. And green veggies. I drink water diet green tea and crystal light. I have cheated a little. Maybe that's it Idk. Any suggestions. I really need someone to help me
