150 pounds down today! Wooohoooo!

lost nothing again today 2 weeks now without losing and only 8 week post op in my second stall. Very frustrated.

4 days post-op and finally starting to feel functional again. This is a wild ride!

Today is my 6 month Anniversary, I forgot until just now. I went from wearing tight size 28 jeans to comfortably wearing size 18 jeans. I'm not huge anymore I am just regular midwestern fat and it feels great

Running 3 miles a day, every other day.. Cant beleive it...
