  1. Tracy, you will be fine. I didn't have a pain ball, Ive never heard of it actually. I took percacets for 3 days I don't think they helped at all. Thats when most of my pain was, is in the first 3 days. My lungs hurt so bad I could take a deep breath.

Im out 10 days now and the thing that is bothering me the most is the places on my tummy where the tape was and incisions are. Stinging itching and burning. Wish that would stop anyway congrats on your surgery.

  2. I just joined the site and I am just popping in to say hi and introduce myself. I have been banded for almost 2 years and have lost 120 pounds. It is the best thing I have ever done. I am 26 years old and now know I will be healthy and able to have children and live a long happy life with them! It takes a lot of hard work but the Lap Band is definately worth the money and the physical and emotional ups and downs.

Wow!!!! Kayla you just made my day! You look great! I was just banded monday and I am looking forward to better heath and looking better. What do you find has been your biggest challenge?

  4. Hi Finallyfree, I went to my seminar last nite (jan 22) Ive been doing alot of research so I already knew everything they were saying. I got my papers and am trying to fill them out right now. I think this is going to be the toughest part lol. I read on one of your posts that you had to pay $175 that you werent expecting. Did you use their psychologist? I sortof expected to be told how much out of pocket I would have to pay. But I guess it doesnt really matter....
