      First 3 days are the hardest but it gets easier after that. Hang in there. Keep your eyes on the prize.

      Just take it 1 day at a time and keep your eye on the prize. That dinner out is not worth your surgery getting cancelled. You are way too close for that and you are in control of your head. Take the wheel!
