  1. Has anyone ever tried these? I went to sign up at Planet fitness and they have one. The guy said it will help with scars, stretch marks, acne and tightening my skin as I lose weight. http://www.besthealthmag.ca/best-looks/skin/is-red-light-therapy-safe/ Thoughts?
  2. I chose the sleeve due to less of a chance for malabsorption problems, dumping, malnutrition etc. I don't have acid reflux either.
  3. I know aspartame messes with my kidneys. When I was drinking soda I had to have Diet Coke with Splenda and stuff. But like EVERYTHING has aspartame it seems.

  8. So I found some nice distractions. 1. I bought a little journal and on the from it says "Fit Happens." It's a little prompt journal about health and fitness. 2. I started a bullet journal. I made my own right now by printing dotted paper and cutting it in half and putting it in a mini binder. It's going ok. I'm still setting it up but it's fun to get creative. Right now it's a planner so far but I'll add other things.
  9. I lose my hair when I get my steroid shots too. I'm going to have a double whammy. :-/
  10. I am going to cheese cake factory the weekend before my pre op diet lol. I am also going to visit this diner from Lexington where I went to college next weekend. Mmm blackened catfish and fried okra.
  11. Here's a pic of the guest bed. That's my mom. She was really worried about me after my emergency gallbladder surgery.
  12. Here's some pics of the room I had when I got my gallbladder out.
  13. Yeah I've been in that hospital before. Very nice bed for guests. It comes out of the couch to make a full size bed. Or the back of the couch comes down to make a twin size bed.
  14. That's cool. I like UC. I'm ok with getting out of there ASAP. Lol.
  15. My VSG is May 10th!! Wooo. I have tried so may protein shakes and bars and have settled on GNC Lean 25 shakes and quest bars. I don't know about vitamins yet. I'll find out at my nutrition class on the 22nd.
  16. Ok I had the fruit punch today. LOOVE it. It was my first Isopure.
  17. Molly, did you have a private room at UC?
  18. Yeah I got a thing in the mail that was like "you need to schedule your PAT blah blah" but on MyChart and the list of appointments I got in an email it says PAT is scheduled sooooo idk. I was gonna call Monday.
