got approved for surgery 5/9/16

Hello I got approved to have my surgery 5/9/16. They will be removing my band and replacing it with a sleeve! I am very excited. What kind of Vitamins and protiens did everyone use or buy in advance? I have so many bad habbits and am excited for a fresh start.

    My VSG is May 10th!! Wooo. I have tried so may protein shakes and bars and have settled on GNC Lean 25 shakes and quest bars. I don't know about vitamins yet. I'll find out at my nutrition class on the 22nd.
