I'm not sure. I've called my surgeon's office many times post op with questions. It's good that you're checking. I'd call your surgeon to be safe. ????

The EAS shakes are pretty yummy...except the vanilla. I can't get that one down.

Can you break them in half and dissolve them in a drink? That may be easier.

The powder shakes make me nauseous and sick. Even the smell bothers me. Try EAS Advantage shakes. They can be found at Walmart. Those are pretty good and filling too.
