Ok so Im starting today... starting weight 206 halloween goal weight 196 todays food Breakfast slim fast optima 1c skim milk snack 2 slice provolone cheese lunch canned chicken breast w/mayo 1/2 canned green beans Protein grms-51 carbs-38

Ok so who ever wants to join me lets do 10 lbs by halloween. So thats less than 2 lbs a week. Any takers?

Vicki, I just walked Delaware park on my lunch so that is a step in the right direction. We NEED to get to onderland. I have never been there but Im sooo close. 6.5 lbs to go. How about we have a weight loss race. Lets lose 7lbs by October 15th. Thats my next drs appt and I SO want to be under 200. I dare ya!:tt1::tt2::thumbup::tt2:

Shauna, Im not pregnant yet but I totally have the same issues as you. I have lost almost 80lbs and would like to lose 40 more. I have been trying to get pregnant for the past few months but am scared to death of gaining too much weight. Before the band I had lost 100lbs on weight watchers and gained it all back when I got pregnant with my daugther. I hope I learned my lesson and will not let myself get out of control with eating this time around. Good luck with your pregnancy and try your best to eat healthy. Rain

Im here. I lost a few surprise lbs. But gained 1.5 over night. I should just not weigh myself everyday but I just cant help it. I guess I will see what tomorrow will bring.

I saw a brand new # on the scale this a.m. I had to step on twice I was so confused. I hope it keeps up.

Vicki, Im stuck on top of a huge plateau and cant get down to use the computer. Haha.

Thanks BigGurl, at this point I would be happy with an eight lb loss to get me into onederland.

Veronica, It sounds like you must still be in oneferland. So thats good. This band is definitely trickier than they make it out to be. Thank goodness for supportive websites so we dont feel alone.

Vicki, Im pretty sure I remember having some acid reflux when I was drinking ice t as well. Now I drink sugar free Hawaiian punch. Its so good they have grape, pink berry lemonade and fruit punch. I get tham at walgreens, cvs and the dollar store. Its only 1.00 for 8 packets. I believe that I have 5.25 in my band. He gave me .25 at my last visit. I think its working, I have lost 1.5 lbs this week. As long as its going down and not stuck Im happy.

Yes! I got to move my ticker today. Not much but a little. Plus Im ready to start excercising as of today. I hoping that will make a difference in my weight loss.

Im sorry I missed the meeting. Boohoo. Well any ways I got a small fill of .25 yesterday. I havent really eaten anything solid yet so Im not sure if there is any more restriction. I only lost 2 lbs since my last appointment and really want to be in onderland before I go back in October.

HAHA Vicki, That was funny I looked and thought hmm dont you know I Gained 75 lbs with the band!!! I fixed it and changed the pics. (Im bored at work) Thanks for the heads up or people all over would be cancelling their surgery if they thought they would gain.

I guess its got one of those limited lifetime warranties!! Breaks after one year. Im on the same plataeu its killing me. Every day its the same damn number one the scale!!!!

Im back to the "beach" its the only way I really lose weight. Back to eggs, cheese nuts and chicken. I have an appointment on the 19th and really wanted to lose a few before I go.
