  1. Everyone says it gets better but when your expeoring these sode effcts it seems like that day is never coming I reached out to them waiting on a reply
  2. I work in a call center and the environment is kinda sgressful.i have to get my head in the game before work in a week
  3. From what i was taught. It would be a smaller stomach and some changes in eating habits with smaller portions..now that its done.its so much conflicting information on vitamins, my.body is scared to eat, my gerd flair ups are every night, im sluggish and lost all motivation, i cant sleep at night and im always crying and feeling so regretful
  4. How did you over come your regret? Im experiencing it and im depressed and have anxiety and i dont see any relief in sight ????

  8. I take 40mg pantoprazole daily..its kinda hit and miss when i have a flair up i chew a few tums and that helps a little

I can share my experiences but I am in no way qualified to do more than give my opinion. Thats what i mean its here for options. I do beleive thats what the person was looking for

  13. what's causing your regret? Lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, the struggle of ester and protien, gerd,vitamins that once worked no longer work, seems like its a new twist evryday..id rather me sleep allday

  15. Im here ! Yay. .but wth to eat lol.scared of being sick or food getting stuck..theres always a dilemma with me lol.
  16. I am now on regular foods...one nutrionist said eat anything smaller portion..another said that way from chicken..i swear all this contradicting information is killing me

  20. My fear is now now not knowing what to eat now that im on regular food and the list they provide are for foods i cant tolerate or dont like..example hummas and refried beans.yuck
