  2. So much this! Would it help if I told you that what you're feeling is normal and that things will progressively get better and better over time? Because they will. It's tough going early out. So many changes to deal with. But soon you'll hit your routine and and start really seeing the weight loss and things become normal again. It just takes time. And do me a favor? Punch the next person in the face who says we all took the easy way out I went to walmart with the family to shop for the first time since surgery..and i had a panic attack..they brought all our favorite foods and i was stuck not knowing what to buy for myself..i know i elected to do this surgery but i feel like i made a huge mistake. .i dont even know what grocery shopping will be like im the future for me

I am fairly new but i feel so hopeless..vitimins and shakes make me sick. .i really researched and thought i was prepared i am struggling and crying everyday ..can't sleep. .i had medication for anxiety thats not working..because of my vitamin issue i have no energy and im only a little over a montj

  9. What are some easy ways to get in your protien..i need atleast 60g a day minimum
  10. Im adding isopure to my water to get both fluid and protien in but it seems its not enough i cant really get pass 20oz.im even trying popsicles
  11. 9/15...was my surgery date I have anxiety because i feel like a failure..it all seemed so simple pre op..for the fluid and protien intake..but the reality of it is hard for me
  12. Ive experienced the harmone dump, anxiety, no sleep, scared to eat, hard to meet protien and water goals. .i cannot wait for this to pass so i can be a success story

  15. Sleeved a month ago, still in the regret stage becsuse i had a minor hiccup couldnt hold fluid and food down. ..i would say do your research the good bad and ugly to be prepared i experienced anxiety and depression but like everyone says the dsys get better im patiently waiting on those days

  18. Same here..so frustrating. It has caused me to have severe anxiety
