I'm considering the sleeve or gastric bypass...
@@betterlife7 yes people will judge you for doing the surgery but they are also judging you for being obese for being a woman for eating poorly while being obese people judge for all sorts of reasons the only thing you can control is your reaction to the judgement. Oh and another thing if your weight is killing you like its killing me I have a bmi of 50 right now will you let peoples judgement stop you from getting healthy and die

Which weight loss surgery would be best for me?
Honestly I would choose bypass or sleeve for you my Surgeon doesn't even do the band anymore with 180 pounds to lose I'm thinking more bypass. I have 140 to lose but I am getting sleeve but that's just because I don't want dumping syndrome

Need to lose before surgery
My nut put me on a plan and I've been losing steadily from it 60-80 grams of protein a day 64 ounces of non caffeinated fluids a day no starches limited whole grains and load up on fruits and vegetables. Oh also no juice Gatorade or Powerade

Question about protein drinks

No pasta no rice and no bread
I wasn't told to eliminate carbs just the bad over processed white ones I can have whole grain pasta bread and red skinned potatoes but honestly since eliminating the bad carbs I rarely crave any carbs

Bingeing after the sleeve
I'm not really a bingger but I do eat emotionally and even though I am pre surgery I've been working hard to break that habbit. Right now its day by day. I won't say I'll never need therapy because I really do but I'm trying on my own first

gnc membership its so freaking worth it guys
so i was looking to introduce protein shakes into my diet before my pre-op liquid phase because the nut wants me to get 60-80 grams a day and i went to the gnc website today and looked into a membership and its 15 bucks for the whole year one that is amazing because not only do they give you half off on whey protein but on like vitamins and suplaments and all sorts of good stuff. so i also ordered a tub of 100% whey protein in chocolate 2 pounds for 24 dollars yay
-
Pre-pre-surgery - interested in adding protein shakes
so i signed up for a gnc membership today its only 15 bucks for the whole year and right now members get half off the 100% whey protein and buy one get one 50% off protein powder i only ordered one but my total with taxes and everything was only 40 bucks for a 2 pound tub of whey protein powder in chocolate and i love chocolate
