I'm having a very hard day today. This is my first week on this diet it is two proteins. In a small meal I don't think I'm getting enough to eat so my whole body is falling apart I am hungry I'm drinking so much water but I did not lose even a half of pound I have to stay on this diet until December I'm going to have to do something better than this maybe I'm not using the The Rt. protein. So I need some advice From someone out there ????

Today was my first day on this diet. When I had my band I didn't do surgeon want me to be on this diet until the surgery is not until December One protein in the morning one for lunch and for supper for announces of meat and 4 ounces of vegetable today at work I was crazy I was hungry shaking my friend said I didn't need to do this whole surgery????...... Somebody help me adhere

Make sure that's what you want. because five years ago I had the lap band. the doctor did not help me through it... So that was not a good thing for me so I have to do it over.!!! This time I'm doing a lot of research and talking to my surgeon and he is wonderful he helped me understand.. I am having bypass☺️ I am excited so please think about it so you don't have to do it a third time. Good luck to you????????
