My name is Nancy E Stoughton and I had the bariatric sleeve surgery on 8/31/15. This day 3 after surgery and I'm really sore and having trouble getting enough fluids down in a day. I have two hips bone on bone and two disks in lower back that is pinching a nerve going down my leg causing alot of pain. Both surgeons told me that they would not do surgery on me until I lost weight, so that is why I went for the sleeve.
I am a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother of a boy, girl and a step son, five grandkids and two great grandsons. I recently retired from Mercy Hospital as a communcation operator. So far retirement sucks in a big way. I've never smoked, drank or did drugs but my addiction is food. I dearly love to cook and naturally eat what I cook. So all of that is going to change as of now.
