@@desmond Longbottom I bet it was! I've lost 3lbs in 3 days. I started pre-op @ 230, now 227, my body must be in shock! Hahaha -

@@pindoctor Yes & Yes, I'm on day 4, 1 shake, 2 clean meals. Next Monday, 3 shakes & clear liquids. Day before surgery NO shakes on clear liquids. Surgery on 9/21. My first day... I was hungry all day, yesterday was better and I hope it continues to get better with each day. Still with all that I'm not looking forward to next week! :/ -

@@Desmond Longbottom I'm on day 4 of liver shrinkage and can totally relate. I'm allowed 1 shake & 2 clean meals a day. Next Monday, I start my 3 shakes a day & clear liquids. (Thats when the sh*t gets real) No solid food! I'm worried! Scheduled for 9/21 -

Day 2 of pre-op diet: I sipped my peotein shake as slow as possible, started around 7am, finished it about 9am.... it's 10:30am and I'm starving! :"( -
