    I have a job interview today, and it will be interesting to see if I am received differently with the weight loss - I certainly carry myself with more confidence now.

      confidence is a state of mind, it should be there whether we have our weight or don't, I am always confident. It show's in the way I interact with others and how others interact with me. I am sure you will do well as you can see the confidence in your smile, good for you and enjoy the new job.

      Hey Frank, Interact away, I'm Listening. I promise I'll never say "I know just how your feeling Dr. Crane" (from a funny episode of cheers). Frank you are from Arizona, a suggestion to help with keeping busy, and living in sunny Arizona, take up Golf. it's a great way to get exercise enjoy nature and just being in the great outdoors.
