    Sorry, didn't proofread before submitting. On the lemonade portion, after I mix it I add ice like a normal drink. Give it a few min to chill and it's excellent.

    I was sleeved on 10/26 and have lived on shakes and drinks. My favorite is crystal light lemonade and strawberry sorbet unjury. Mix in 12 oz of Water and mix I've afterwards for a strawberry lemonade. For a power boost, Greek yogurt, chocolate milk and chocolate sorbet unjury (geez I sound like an unjury salesman by this point). 12 grams for the milk, 14 for the yogurt and 21 for the unjury = 47 grams of Protein just at lunch.

    Getting Protein In

    I'm curious, how many ounces is everyone drinking every half/hour? My nutritionist wants me between 75 and 85 grams Protein per day along with 64 ounces. I'm on day four and trying to handle 1-2 ounces per hour but I'm finding I can do one or the other, but not both. Edit: Protein I'm using today is Isopure and Premier. I'm going to add unjury and smoothies later on when I get the feel of it

    Before surgery diet

    I'm surprised everyone is stuck on Protein shakes, I'm about to start my second week of the pre-op diet and outside of a protein goal I was only told to go vegan and stay off sodas.
