  7. im a chef so i know portion control and dont really see a need to log my food i do read nutrion labels for guidence

  9. just had this happen today someone on my fb freinds list said wls is a waste and too dangerous i ripped into her and told her go on being fat ( which she is ) and ill go on livin my life a lot better now i had wls people are just un edcutated
  10. well im in a stall sw 385# cw 300# been a few days now dying to get to 299# been years since i was in the 200s gotta dig deep

  13. about 15 min to eat and i dont drink 30 min before or after
  14. im confused im 4 months post op i will have 2 or 3 eggs and a slice of fat free cheese and for lunch 6oz of meat and some veggies same for supper and sometimes a 100 calorie snack and i lost over 70# so far i feel like everyone is eating a lot less then me
  15. my nut has me @ 1000 cal a day im 3 month out
  16. wow i eat 3 meals a day im 3 months out my nut said 1000 cal a day mostly protein veggie if i ate 1 cup i would be starved i lost 60# so far so i guess its working
  17. im 4 months post op lost 60# so far talked to my nut im always hungry she said its head hunger and suggested doing something like take a walk or do a hobby get your mind off of food i also went back to a shake in the am and a protein bar mid afternoon that helps
  18. i think when im hungry its in my head were so use to eating all the time huge portions that we think we need more food i stay under 1,000 calories and if i feel hungry i just tell myself i dont need to eat for me its a head game im 10 weeks post op down 62# so im happy

  20. i had protein shakes on day 2 when in doubt call you nut
  21. yup its normalim 8 weeks post op and have had 2 stalls
  22. i decided to have my wls after i had a spinal fusion and was outta work waiting for my hand to get better i was always fat and just had enough was border line diebetic and had trouble doing things with one hand so i had the sleeve started at 380# ON 9/28 now im 321#
  23. i think about drinking it but i dont i have trouble drinkin 12oz of coffee i cheat and have 2 a day
  24. i have a lil bit of icecream maybe once every couple of weeks i dont belive in depriving myself
