  1. I take 11 total. 3 prescribed, fish oil and biotin by choice and the rest so 6 bypass requirement. I take them all in the morning dividing into four swallows. Never had a problem : )
  2. I know we can never take ibuprofen again, but what else? Can we take sleep aids?
  3. I had pain for 2 weeks and could only lay on my back. It was a Horrible pulling, burning pain where the bigger incision was from my belly button to the left side.
  4. Two reasons because I was set on the sleeve. Reflux...I've dealt with that and heartburn for years doc said it would worsen with the sleeve. Secondly, I didn't like the idea of my stomach exiting my body. I was told that in the event of an emergency they can reverse the bypass. Can't do that if the stomach is gone. So those were my to deciding factors.

  6. I eat twice a day and a ton of sugar free popsicle. That's all I get hungry for. Along with my 2 shakes and water ughhh the water is the toughest part.
  7. I had bypass but did have horrible horrible pain. Week 3, it was gonnnnnneeee completly just gone!! Hang in there
  8. See how u feel. Everyone is different. Personally I had breath taking pain for 2 weeks. Hurt very badly. Not to mention the fatigue too. Hopefully you won't have that but if u do, you won't be able to work. Good luck
  9. Pain. I had horrendous pain for 2 weeks post op. Also not being able to lay on my sides was offle. 3rd week pain was gone and I could sleep any way I wanted : )
  10. Waisted belts? As in belts? I have a few I've gotten from torrid I think they are waisted belts : )
  11. 3 of my friends have had the band. Not successful with all 3, not to mention everything they eat or drink comes back up.
  12. I craaaaaaaved peanut butter about week 2. I ate a couple spoonfulls, I was fine

  15. Just get back on the saddle again. Today is a new day, start again. It will be ok and you can do this!! We all have our weak moments.
  16. I did. I bought about 10 new outfits on line. Just went with larges. Haven't even tried anything on yet.
  17. Should we (gastric bypass) be consuming? I was never really told. Im averaging 500-700 calories a day, which includes 60 grams of protein and about 50 oz of water. It is the hardest to consume all 64 Oz of water, water actually hurts my stomach. Thank you ; )
  18. I just bought some hummus but don't like eating it alone. What did u mix it or eat it with? it would help if I read further. Got it : )
  19. don't be sad buttercup your always so positive. It's gonna be ok, you'll see!! This is a process and you are bound to start loosing, my god we eat so little!! Stay on track
  20. You'll be ok. Your body has been through a lot. I had a stall week 3 then lost again slowwwwwly. Just stay on track and it will be ok good luck!!
