I haven't told anyone but my immediate family. I'm 1 year 11 months. Post op. And since I'm physically unable to do normal exercises due to nOH. My weightloss was more subtle. 4 lbs from my goal weight. Then maybe another 10 lbs and I'm set!! G.O.A.L.S. 💯👍🙏

All went well, I get to go home today, yay! I'm a little sore, but it's not as bad as I expected. I will keep you posted.

New to the group...Hello! Attended a surgical weight loss seminar last Wednesday and was called by the office today for my first surgical consultation. I have BCBSIL and there are no requirements for a supervised medical weight loss program. So as soon as I meet the psyche c/s and nutrition c/s, I can file the paperwork! Looking forward to a healthier me.

I just joined today my name is Kenya. Actually my surgery was scheduled for August 3-8. I rescheduled it,now its the week of the 24th. I completely knew I wasn't ready after waiting 3 1/2 months. I had issues with companion travel, getting all the food,Vitamins and bills payed down. Has anyone gone through this?
