I'm on a kind of pre -pre diet. I cheated and had a small coffee mixed in with my Protein shake. Last night was awful for me due to pain in my back from an injury.

I was doing ok on surgery fears and anxiety but right now I'm super terrified they will cut my stomach too small during my sleeve procedure.

Next week it will be something else I'm sure.

I'm on like a pre- pre diet since last week. Today was awful. I was having cold sweats and was dizzy. My blood sugar dropped to like 45. I don't have diabetes but I guess I forgot to eat Breakfast. I'm eating 4 ounces of food high in Protein every 3 hours. I can't believe my body reacted like that to missing one meal.

I bought some black scrub pants at Walmart for 5 bucks. Drawstring I can pull it tighter and I can wear them to work. We have polos we have to wear so I can exchange them as I get smaller.

I struggle with how many days to take off. I take it enough in advance I can have off probably 3 weeks. 4 weeks would be stretching for my job. But it all depends on if they hire another Assessment person to help out. If they don't I don't know what to do. I can probably get a week off at best. :-/

I miss celexa I was on it but on a high dose and my psychiatrist was afraid of blood clots due to the high dose and my weight. Maybe I can get back on it after surgery...
