  1. So I have always said I was 5'4 ..."on a good day" but I decided I really wanted to know exactly how I am am...or am NOT! Lol So I had my partner measure me......I'm 5'2 3/4..... not even 5'3... Lol guess my BMI is a tad higher than I thought....anyone else not sure exactly how tall they are ??
  2. Be true to yourself and you can never go wrong! Personally for myself I thought "well I have lost so much weight prior to surgery maybe I don't need it" Then I came to my senses and realized I haven't been success on my own in the past so why would I be successful long term now?? Long story short I was true to myself and had surgery and it's quite possibly the best thing I have ever done! Definitely the best thing I have ever done for myself
  3. Congrats on the loss! I feel your pain! I took a selfie on Easter in the car on way to Easter dinner and I about died! My neck is hideous!! So I now vowed only selfies looking skyward! Lol But I can't wait to see if this treatment works and I may be on board too!!
  4. Sports bras are the bane of my existence! Kaitlynm have you tried CWX or enell? They fit well and make bras that have shoulder straps not the Y back. The Y back bras kill me because they creep up and hurt my neck...I only wear ones with regular bra type straps but sometimes they are super hard to find
  5. I'm glad I'm not the only one in need of smaller bras!
  6. I do it all the time! Check out the recipe section on the unjury site, they have a great recipe
  7. I took photos but not creative ones. I also did them in a bra and underwear for maximum effect ..which is great but not if I wanted to post them on these boards! [emoji4] In hind sight I should have taken some in clothing also .....lol
  8. And take measurements! Some weeks the scale doesn't move at all for me, but every Sunday I take measurements and that's where I see the difference!
  9. I have to laugh because I'm super excited that I can now find my sizes on clearance racks..Large/ 14 I thought yeah, that means cheaper bras too! WRONG! Lol I may be a 36 but it's a 36F so nope I'm still going to be shopping online! Lol Eh, win some, lose some I guess
  10. Lol that was hilarious! Super excited for you!! I felt the same way when I realized I could cross my legs! Appropriately without the leg on top sticking straight out because of all the extra fat on my legs!!
  11. I have noticed I really need to replace my bras....they are getting too big , shoulder straps are loose so I cross cross them in the back to make them work. So glad I have convertible bras but it's time for new. So I found a calculator online to give me a rough estimate of size...wow! http://www.lindasonline.com/bra-fitting-calculator.html My last bra was a 42 According to converter with my chest wall being 33 inches I should buy a 36 A 36 band size??? I think the last time I bought those I was in High School! Thank you sleeve !!!
  12. You look fantastic! Congratulations
  13. Thank you all! Extremely helpful and I can't wait until I am ready to put all of these suggestions into practice for myself !!
  14. Thank you ann! Good wise what did you start to add to your diet to stop losing? She is at the point where she is ready to halt the loss
  15. No , I am not at my goal weight just yet! But, my partner is and now I needs tips on how to help her maintain her weight loss. She wants to remain sugar free. So, bring on all your tips!
  16. I eat lemons almost daily But I have never tried the peel! Lol No issues but I take a PPI daily also
  17. Ah, more evidence how BMI is a bunch of crap! Lol
  18. Lol you think I would be a better "scale parent" and know who my scale is hanging out with! At this point I think summer school might be inevitable [emoji1]
  19. So my scale, brand new bought end of January I might add has math issues! Yesterday my weight was 193 Today I am 192.3 My scale said.... +1.2 lbs EXCUSE ME??? Sorry boo but I'm my world that's a Loss!! Anyone else need to check their scales "math?" Mine is nutty or maybe just cruel! Lol
