I am coming up on my 6 month mark since surgery. Tonight I am going to make myself a steak dinner. Literally just steak. But it will be the best steak ever. I have missed it the most. Just coming off a month of 0 weight loss with a week of an 8 pound gain, only to drop another 10 in the last 5 days. Watch your meds and fluids folks.
