  1. I know but I see people losing 80 and 90 pounds in less than 6 months...I imagined I would be losing at a bit of a faster rate but...it's nice to be losing at least...
  2. I like my cpap.....it helps with my sinuses
  3. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea because they require a sleep study.I still have my cpap machine 3 months post op.I actually like it.It has a built in humidifier....
  4. It's tough for the first few weeks...you are sore and tired.Believe me it gets better...I had a revision from lapband to bypass on December 28,2015.I am so happy.Keep in mind I am a slow loser...I am down 40 pounds...People see the difference...I feel fantastic.

  8. You look fantastic!!!Stop worrying about a number and look at how much you have achieved.If you want to lose mor e it is the same as before....you know how...cut out carbs...load up protein and get started....you know how to do this...100+ pounds...worth of knowledge.

  12. This is s crazy amount...post 3 months op! I can't believe how much hair I am losing...it far exceeds the weight loss for sure...
  13. I had a lapband to bypass revision....best decision for me...My suggestion...if you have lots of weight to lose consider the bypass.

  15. I have suffered with the lapband for years finally had a revision to bypass in December 28 2015, Down about 40 pounds...yes I have PCOS but wow.I thought I would be down more than 40 pounds by now....a slowwwww....loser!

Why would a doctor say "you can do the sleeve then revise to bypass"Your body and your health is not a joke.He may think it's great to cram in surgeries and make money off performing multiple surgeries but believe me you want to have one surgery.The best that works for you.Lose that surgeon.Find one that listens to you....not the other way around....

  21. I revised to bypass and I am a happy camper...no indigestion or acid reflux.No dumping.
  22. No bread ,no pasta....once in a blue moon I have lentil or black beans.....but i mostly stick to Paleo diet.
