5 days till I get sleeved and I've already lost 16 pounds on the pre op diet so far BUT I'm really really craving to go and eat at my fav Indian restaurant. Would it be okay if I eat tonight and start again tomorrow??

I'm on day 3 of my 14 day pre op diet. Surgery is on the 25th of August. I just had a medium meat lovers pizza all to myself. Should I tell my surgeon? I'm scared he will cancel the operation because I broke my pre op diet I was going good till now.

I'm 8/25. Can't wait!! I started my 2 week liquid diet today. So far my results are..... STARVING!! Lol

Woo I'm also scheduled for 25th August. I'm self pay having surgery in Australia.

Look I can survive without Coke Zero no problem after surgery. I've never had an addiction to it. The only reason I'm happy I can have it during pre op diet is because Coke Zero bloats me and I don't usually feel hungry for a while after I've had a can. I'm just scared I don't know how I'm going to survive this pre op diet restricting myself to such little calories when on any other day I can eat eat eat and still not be satisfied. Can't wait for the sleeve.

I'm about to start my pre of diet and my dietician said I can have a can of coke zero once a day. I got so happy but is that alright? Not sure what you guys think.

it's all good. I've been overweight my whole life. I don't mind waiting that extra 4 days because I know I have a better life coming my way. My new time will be given the day before surgery but they said it'll be before 11am

Hey guys, I'm starting my pre op liquid diet tomorrow. Here's what it's going to look like. Let me know if it's good. Breakfast: 1 Optifast shake. Snack: low calorie (20 calories) jelly. Lunch: 1 optifast shake and I cup of blended/purée vegetables (carrot, cucumber, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans) Snack: low calorie (20 calories) jelly. Dinner: 1 optifast shake and I cup of blended/purée vegetables (carrot, cucumber, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans) My surgery is in 18 days so I'm going to be doing this for just under 3 weeks. I currently weigh 149 kilos (327 pounds)

How many had your surgeon done before yours? I think there's 10 people in front of me. I'm just scared my surgeon will be fatigued and something will go wrong!! Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Hey guys I'm having my sleeve done 21/08/2015 in Sydney, Australia. Just want to ask a question about your throat after surgery. Does your throat really hurt? Whenever I have a dry throat I always get an infection that follows with the flue. Just want to know.
