Wow...I still have some of those problems. Fortunately, since I've been banded for almost a year, I know my body shouldn't have some of that stuff (trust me, I've tried). I know I feel much better physically and mentally having this tool help me control my eating. I've learned that most things in moderation is okay. Right after banding is very hard. You are still dealing w/ a lot of emotions that got you where you are in the first place. You have to trust me when I say "IT GETS BETTER!" I know this doesn't help you now, and I'm sorry about that. You have to learn what works for you! Good luck to you! -
I don't think that drinking anything w/ carbonation is a good idea. Can you drink a margarita or bloody mary?

Sorry for my frankness, but PISS on him! That doctor's bed side manor sucks! You can do anything you put your mind to. The LapBand is a great tool to help you achieve that goal. The best of luck to you!

Congrats on your January date! It's the best decision I ever made. I'm sure you will feel the same way. I don't believe in cheating anymore. I eat everything in moderation. I used to be burdened w/ guilt so I'd just eat more. Now, I allow myself a bite of this or that. Just make sure you listen to your doctor, dietician, and your body. I've been advised not to use a straw; however, I do occasionally, but it does get uncomfortable for me. -

I hate that you are going through this. Could you have a virus? If not, it sounds like you need an unfill. I've been overfilled twice and it's painful. I've been told that when you get filled around your time of the month, you become more swollen which can cause like symptoms. Get better soon and call your doctor.
