Congrats on your January date! It's the best decision I ever made. I'm sure you will feel the same way. I don't believe in cheating anymore. I eat everything in moderation. I used to be burdened w/ guilt so I'd just eat more. Now, I allow myself a bite of this or that. Just make sure you listen to your doctor, dietician, and your body. Good luck and thanks for the kind words.
