Surgery 9/14, Clear Liquids started 9/7. Down 17.5 lbs. feel okay, but tired. Started full fluids this week, gives more variety, eating yogurt, etc. tried a Syntrax Protein powder today, "crystal Sky" was very good. Get full fast. Was hungry last week, not so much this week. First post op doctor visit tomorrow. No regrets! -

I am prepping for 9/14/15. Honestly, I feel like I could puke I am so stunned. Told my boss today, was nervous about that. Have a business trip starting Sunday, will start my liquid diet on Labor Day. I am looking forward to the rest of my life.....
