Hello there! I have pcos and have been on metformin since 09. I'm wondering if any of you are also in the same boat as I am. I am 5 days post op and haven't taken my metformin. Are you still taking it?

I couldn't/can't stand protein shakes and I have tried about 3 or 4 different brands on the market. I just ordered bariatix advantage unflavored off amazon and I mix it with diet snapple. It's good! -
Bariatric advantage unflavored powder can be added to anything and you won't even taste it. You can order it off of amazon.

I had my surgery July 23rd and was very worried about having a bowel movement. Once I took a couple sips of my protein shake(pure protein), I went right away. Give it a shot
