Hello, I read your post about losing 100lbs in 3 1/2 months. I am now 2wks post op. I weigh 380 now and want to lose about 180lbs. I want to get to 200lbs. Anyway, I saw that your goals where pretty close to mine. I am looking for a couple people to blog with for support. I wanted to know if we could keep in touch and work together. I could really lose the help. I will be going o the gym doing about an hour of cardio 5 times per week also. I was planning on doing the Atkins diet. So, yeah let know.
