My says she supports me but just told me today I dont need to do that surgery that I just have to stop being greedy like really???I have diabetes sleep apnea plus I had 2 corneal transplants which I need to worry about eye pressure and having rejection my whole life this is one reason I was refered to help wih diabetes, is just sad how people close to me see the struggle and all the health issues and how I try hars and go up and down in weight and still have negative comments!! I am doing this for a healthier me and with support or no support. I will get through all of this life change!!!..... I meant my mother....

I know is hard to stop all the not so good habits but as for coffee try to drink decaf instead I bought maxwell decaf and is so good, also my thing is if I dont have it at home I wont drink it or eat it so I buy cases of water , maybe powerade zero.. I always look at the sugar in everything I buy also help to star looking at the labels is a process but with the help of your NUT you will learn alot.

Yess call insurance to find out because my surgeon refered me to one it was all covered but his partner refers his patients to Nutritionist who are self pay while they have one in the hospital they do surgery who is covered they kind of dont help you with all sometime you have to do some work and that good you found these forums you find all the answers here and great support:)

Yeah zumba at home...or the wii fit I got a wii for xmas with just dance and zumba is fun and the kids can dance too lol.before all my medical issues I had lost alot of weight on my own dancing that was way before zumba came out you sweat alot and you move it all shake it shake it lol ....I mean you have to find what works for you I cant wait to lose some weight and shake it all hahahahaha

I have a treadmill and barely use but I will be using lol put your headphones and walk it off lol:)) ...walking is good and relaxing as long as you find someone to go with you!!. Is there a planetfitness in your area really cheap and open 24 hours!!!...

I just saw the surgeon yesterday and I was super stressed because I tought I gained weight since my last NUT visit but I didnt I lost 5 pounds is difficult to mantain I mean this is why we are going for surgery but I wasnt told to lose any I just wanted to keep my self in the same or less weight that I was almost a year ago from my first visit with surgeon!! Good luck to all and remember stressing does not help with the weight either!!! ☺

@slvarltx- mom goes with me to all my pre-op and I talk to her and she knows many that had the sleeved I guess she is also nervous since the day is getting closer. Thank you for the support????
