  1. You've got this. Every day it will get better....physically or mentally. I'm 10 weeks out and I crave different stuff all day. I just let my mind think whatever...I can't eat it. I think we'll have these cravings until our minds catch up with our stomachs. We've eaten anything and everything for years. We've got this. Good luck. ❤️

  2. Yes...it will pass. If you're not hungry, don't eat. I'm 10 weeks out and if I'm not hungry, I don't eat. I don't get all my Protein either. I'm not weak. My hair hasn't fallen out. I feel good. When I post things like this I notice negative comments. I've never had a NUT. I don't measure my food. I don't track my protein. I use common sense. Listen to your body. We got this surgery to stop the mental anguish and obsession over food. We've got this. Good luck. ❤️

  3. Your skin will get better. Fatigue is normal for about a month. Hopefully you were prescribed Zofran. That helps with the vomiting. That lovely breath you have is because we're in ketosis. All of your symptoms will get better. We just had major surgery, give yourself time. Good luck. ❤️

  4. Don't do it! We got this surgery to be free from all that worry. Your body will take care of you if you let it. I'm 10 wks out and I don't measure or stress on anything. I'm over my food obsession. I eat until I'm full and that's it. I've lost 40lbs. You will do this. No more dieting. No more failing. We've got this!!!!!!! Relax and you'll see. ❤️

  5. I had Water nausea for the first month. I thought, I can't do this...I'm weak, have dry mouth, dehydrated...it was awful. Do what you can do. I literally drank a water bottle a day. I was so stressed reading how much everyone was drinking. I thought for sure I needed to go to the hopt for an iv. My nurse friend said unless you're throwing up, delirious, have a fever, etc., you're ok. Get water with minerals and electrolytes. It's like Gatorade without all the sugar. Try a straw too. That helped me get down more water. I'm 9 wks out and all issues have been resolved. I don't track my water, but I sip all day and probably get in 50-60 ounces. Good luck. ❤️

  6. I feel exactly like you. But, I just let my brain do its thing. I tell my husband all the things I want for dinner. A burger, pizza, egg rolls, bread, grilled cheese, chips...and we laugh and I eat my 3-5 bites and I'm full. Some days I do feel sorry for myself, but then I see the pounds melting off and I'm ecstatic. Really just shows me I would have never gotten my eating under control. I think my brain will always work that way. Maybe in time my brain will catch up to my stomach. I still make big portions. I forget...I'm only going to be able to take 3 bites of this. I gave in a few times just to see what would happen. Took a "regular" bite of a burger and 2 big bites of pizza. Threw up and felt terrible for an hour. Great lesson. The pros far outweigh the cons. Was just thinking about Thanksgiving and how I'll be able to have one bite of everything. That's ok. Being thin and healthy is for more rewarding. I think we're all in the same boat when it comes to our brains. Good luck. ❤️❤️
