When I added food I stalled for a few days too. I noticed it helped that I got my Water in. I understand your feelings tho.

I'm doing really good I haven't really had any problems maybe a few. I'm off like 3 of my medications that I had to take before my surgery. I have lost 22 lbs since my post op.

If I were you I'd check with your doctor, better to be safe than sorry. I know I use to get that in the very beginning, but only when I was walking. I talked to my doc, and he didn't seemed concerned and now I'm 3 months out (14 weeks). But still consult with doc and see what they say. Best of luck to you!

I did. For me it was the strips used to close the incisions. Got better once they fell off.
One of my incisions did get infected, so be careful with the scratching!
