How long do you have to wait to do these types of exercises

@@sunshine72 I used Dr almanza and while I'm ok the girl who had surgery a week before me ended up with a leak and has been in and out of the hospital since June and it's has not been a fun process for her had I known about all these complications and how many surgeries he does in one day I would've chosen a different doctor

@@sunshine2 I used Dr almanza but that was before all these stories came out I had my surgery June 15th if I had known about all that I probably would've reconsidered but so far so good

I have to attend my best friends bachelorette party next weekend! I'll be nearly 8 weeks post op soooooo my question is would it be okay to sip on a drink....not drink a whole one just sip?

I bought some samples but I've also read some reviews saying it's false advertisement because of the 30g in a tablespoon seems impossible so I just wanted some feedback!!

Does anyone use this? If so what are your thoughts?
