I did great right after surgery and then hit a wall. I didn't do what I should have. I looked for every reason to eat the worng things, the wrong amounts and goodness knows there was no time to excersie. I went from down 50 to down 34. I am doing so much better now. WHen is your surgery date?

Miss you too. I am so proud of you only gaining one pound over the holidays. I went up 11 and now back down to only being up 7. I am so bad at this. I work too much to feel like exercising and am too lazy to make myself do it anyway. I am excited for your your son. That is wonderful. Our middle one graduates from high school this year and we are going to go home for her party. It will have been one year since going home and since my surgery. That should be enough to inspire me, but it just hasn't. Keep me posted on your great progress. I really am proud of you!!!

I am stuck. Down about 49 and happy with it, but would love 103. lol I am so proud of all of your accomplishments. Is your new beau someone that knew the old you? Don't work too hard. Our second child is doing the exact same thing as you, 2 jobs, school, man, and we just moved. I hope neither of you ever regret doing that. Don't burn the candle at both ends as they say. oh kid, I love your picture. I can't even tell it is you, except for your mouth. How much have you lost from the one before to this one? AWESOME!!! My hubby and I went out for Veterans Day, Did you guys do anything special? It was so cool to see lots of elderly gentlemen in their uniforms of old. You don't even have a double chin. I am glad you are thinking about Lapband. I am trying to tell everyone I know how great it has been or me. I haven't been the perfect student though. I should have lost a lot more than I have.
