I am at what seems like a stand still no matter how much I exercise.

Maybe leave the scale alone and count your success another way ? You've lost 100 lbs ! Your body will get in gear eventually, but you'll continue to be disappointed if you only use the scale as your measure of "success". It doesn't tell the whole story, but your hard work does !! Congratulations on getting healthy !!
