I also have kaiser in sac. See if you can get in a kaiser sponsored support group now, because they'll make you do one anyway. Also, schedule routine tests if you haven't had them in the last year, pap, cholesterol, etc. you'll also have to see a psychologist and nutritionist, but you might want to wait on those. They have you see specific ones who work with wls patients. Good luck!

I had looked into the surgery years ago, and decided not to do it. I was criticized for it and praised for it. This time, very few people know I am considering it. It is a decision between me and my doctor. I don't want to hear anyone else's opinion on it either way.
