I have found a zero calorie drink that I like. Vitamin Water Zero Squeezed Lemonade. It has zero calories, but 5g Carbs per bottle. Is this something I should be concerned with? BTW I am 24 days post-op VSG. All is going well. Love this board!

I am feeling nervous and depressed when I think about how much of my social life and activities are linked to eating and drinking. Anyone else have these feelings?
