I am finding the pounds are coming off much slower now. I am being very strict with my eating and working out for an hour every day. Now is the time I have to stay focused for the long haul. Are you finding anything similar? -

Mommamy you look fabulous. So happy for you. My thanksgiving started with a 5K then off to turkey dinner. Small plate of turkey didn't take the bad stuff. -

I was constipated and the first BM was like barbed wired coming out. I take Mirolax now every three days. Oh my gosh that has been a God sent. If I don't take it I can't go for weeks. It's nice and mild resulting in a joyful BM.????
