the National Institute of Clinical Excellence recommends that gastric sleeve patients have injections. I have injections and my levels have always been fine when tested. hope this helps

thank you! I will have a look at it now, I'm 5 weeks post op I've been on soft foods for a week now - but have found out I haven't been eating the right foods! I've been eating a lot of meats which I should only be eating in stage 3 - (I'm stage 1) oops

thanks need to get into a routine with water and I need to plan meals!

I didn't give in - I won't, but it never stops me wanting some!

thanks everyone I have more energy today, I've been bad I need to drink more water and haven't been taking my vitamins as they make me sick but think I will buy some chewable ones today instead of crushing them :/
