Well the one thing I loved most is Slab Ribs. I would eat them things straight off the grill. One would assume that because it's off the grill uts probably less fat. Not at all their still packed with so many calories.

I'm shaking in my boots. I have no health issues; however I know that if I continue down this road of morbid obesity, my days on this earth will be cut short, and I have 5 reasons to live a long life (my children). #VSG'SNOTREADY4ME
