  5. Okay I'm exactly 26 days post op. My throat feels like I have Brillo pad scratching it. Has anyone had these symptoms.
  6. Gas X I was told by my Dr is a no no walking does the work. You should be on clear liquids 3 days after surgery. Then move to full liquids (liquids you cannot see though). Have you been up walking? Drinking your water? It's very important to stay hydrated. I was sleeved the same day as you. You are in my prayers! Feel better soon!TY lisaluvsgreys.
  7. Just got surgery July 1st. I feel horrible. The diet after surgery is totally different from the diet before surgery. I had a bariatric go to person bring me some whey protein and bari vitamins.
  8. Well the one thing I loved most is Slab Ribs. I would eat them things straight off the grill. One would assume that because it's off the grill uts probably less fat. Not at all their still packed with so many calories.
  9. I left the hospital weighing more than I came in weighing due to fluid RETENTION.
  10. Wow AvalonNeeCee I can't stand judgemental people. I got 4 weeks off with pay. But I'd only like 2. I just got sleeved July 1st. This whole liquid thing has got me confused. I assume that they'd like you to dedicate yourself to an eating schedule that is not working for me. I'm a mother of five w/ a husband that's use to me running the house. Thank God my mom is here she definately relieves some of the pressures.
  11. Thank you all for the many words of encouragement. I'm due at the hospital in 3:15mins. I can not sleep. Hope I sleep good during the procedure.
  12. Sunshinetinaz I'm scheduled in the morning too. Scared as heck. That's okay GOD's got us! 336lbs right now. I'll keep you posted.
  13. BizzyB thank you so very much that encourages me so much. If you don't mind my asking how much did you weight when you went in for surgery.
  14. I'm shaking in my boots. I have no health issues; however I know that if I continue down this road of morbid obesity, my days on this earth will be cut short, and I have 5 reasons to live a long life (my children). #VSG'SNOTREADY4ME #MAKINCHANGES #LOVINMYFAB52LIFE
