That's a good idea, Ryan

It's actually gone super easy Hahahah it's easier than I thought so when I hear everyone's complaints on how hard and painful it is I wana laugh because it's so much easier when you follow all the instructions

It's the best thing! I think all docs should do it! It makes life so easy
-
It's just for his practice like it's not published for others! I think all surgeons should do the same. You can look him up if you want, check his site there's so many good things on it. Dr. Monash, Tucson Bariatric

My surgeon wrote a book for us patients and it's everything and anything you'd want to or need to know for post op life!! It's my bible
I don't eat any bread either lol none!

Honestly I stick to the diet the surgeon suggest lol I live off cottage cheese, chicken in a can, my Premier Protein shakes of course, a thin slice of turkey lunch meat with a slice of Munster cheese. I have cod so routine is easy. I find what works and stick to it & I'm healthy & exceed my Water goals and Protein goals. I want to be back to a 4-5 jeans so whatever it takes on doing. I drink around 65+ oz of water and 3 Protein Shakes with 30grams of protein each.

Like 60+ at one day shy of three months out I believe. I only weigh myself when I go for doc visits per the docs request. Helps me have something to look forward to and strive for

Be careful! My surgeon forbid them!!! Make sure you're taking your time, mama! Don't wana hurt yourself!

I feel like that with jeans hahah it's a horrible thingYep, more than likely, I was busting out of a 44DD, I went down to a 44C cup at 2½ months out, bought 2 new bras and now they are too big . I will wait before I buy anymore, lesson learned. LOL

try Premier Protein. It tastes like chocolate milk & doesn't have that chalky taste!! 30grams of protein too!Maxinee I use Intek Protein evolution.

lol winoWe had surgery the same day I've lost 20 pounds and started at 242. I don't think you should drink beer. I'm going to see nicki Minaj August 2nd and im trying to think if I had one drink what could it be. Maybe vodka? I hate wine now since I had my daughter and I used to be a whino.

Did your surgeon say booze is ok now? Mine said its ok a month out but since I'm a mom I don't drink but I would assume it's safe if it's sips
-
It makes sense tho, I'm in the medical field & I know they only pay for procedures if they're "medically necessary" since having a Tummy Tuck isn't life or death insurances don't generally cover it. Keep trying though!

how'd that happen?!I gained 9lbs during my 2 day hospital stay! I thought "well damned if I'm the only one who can have WLS and GAIN weight!" -- but I lost it a few days after coming home.

That's so awesome!!!! It'll get easier! I just miss certain things like alfredo lol
I eat a lotttttt of tic tacs hahah
I love to use the food processor for my meat it shreds it's so fine!
I'm only three weeks out and on to puréed foods (including baked fish, chicken, thin sliced meats with gravy) but I am learning what stays down and what doesn't...had a small piece of tilapia at Red Lobster and that was okay but a couple bites of broiled shrimp brought the entire lunch up! Working on recognizing when food is enough to fill and a little more will make me sick. Tonight's baked chicken (1/2 thigh no skin) stayed down just fine. It sure is a challenge...but I know it's also still early!I'm 5 1/2 weeks out and have eaten out with my husband a few times. I know what I can eat and how much so I usually get Soup and share a non-fried appetizer. On Friday night we decided to have sushi, one of my favorite foods. I was just cleared to eat anything I could tolerate, so it was a little celebration. I had a small cup of egg drop Soup (lots of protein!) and two small pieces of sushi. I was full, satisfied and happy. ????
Post op & eating in public!
