Hi there @Okiebon, We want to begin by asking how you're doing - per your initial post sounds like you were in the beginning stages of having your surgery around March 20th! We're hoping you're all up & running and enjoying your new life! Second, we'd like to apologize for not having seen this post sooner! We make our sugar-free syrups with Splenda (sucralose). While some folks may have difficulty w/ the flavor of some artificial sweeteners, we have never heard of anyone describing our Torani Sugar-Free syrups as making their drinks become bitter :-/ We're wondering if you have thrown out all of the bottles? We ask because we're worried that you may have gotten a bad batch. If you still have them, we ask that you send over any batch numbers you can find on the bottles. If you have already gotten rid of the syrups, we'd love to offer you a second try of our sugar-free syrups on us - if you're interested in trying again.
