I've lost about 76 pounds in 6 months. I went from a 3x shirt, size 22 pants to a size large shirt, 13 pants. Still have a ways to go but I am happy with what I've lost

Thank you so much!!! Not 1 regret!! i feel great, at first it was more of a mental hunger lol now I don't have that problem. food used to control my life and now it doesn't. It's the best feeling ever!
