  1. I am 31. I started at 237 and I am now 126. Prior to my first plastics procedure, I had very loose skin on my upper arms, thighs, and all around my lower stomach, back, and thighs. I pretty much looked like a deflated Michellin marshmallow. Even after plastics, there is a little skin remaining around the top of my bra line by my armpit area and my thighs are unlikely to ever be very attractive, despite having a thigh lift.

So did you end up having a thigh lift or you have t had it yet!! ?

  2. Still in the losing weight phase and early on, but went to Goodwill looking for a couple tshirts to get me by for a bit and everything in the plus size section was too big...now that has NEVER happened to me before. I am not small enough for misses but plus is too big...that is so huge for me!

That is awesome I can't wait to go into boutiques or just some little cutesy shop and be like yes to all of this because I can finally fit it!!

  3. I lost 90+ pounds "on my own" back in 2010/2011. My boobs were never large, but after the weight loss, they were completely pathetic. They were like two tiny little empty sacks hanging from my ribs. It was awful. I decided to have breast lift with augmentation along with a Tummy Tuck. Best decision ever! I love love love love love my boobs now. And my flat tummy. Even after regaining 80 pounds and now re-losing it post-sleeve, my breasts and tummy tuck are still amazing.

thats pretty darn awesome!! If I need that I will definitely be looking into those procedures!!

My insurance covered the breast reduction because of my backaches. And it's a good thing they did, because since the breast reduction, my back has been just fine, and I had really suffered before.

I don't know how old you are, but age makes a big difference in outcomes after weight loss. I was 60 when I lost most of my weight and my loose skin is prodigious. My breasts really did resemble tube socks with rocks. Younger women probably fare much better.

I am 23 yrs old , so maybe that can make a difference!!

    I went from a 44 H to a 38 G a month post op

only 1 month post-op sheeeesh no way!! That's what I call fast drop!!

  5. After losing 100 lbs, my boobs went from 48H (watermelons) to 40DD (tube socks). This was before my breast reduction surgery. I'm not sure what my cup size was after surgery, but I've lost 35 more pounds since the breast reduction and now find my 34D bras are too big. I think my current size is 34C, which I haven't worn since junior high school. I'm getting a big kick out of being small-breasted.

Appreciating the small bits in life!! Because these juggs I am afraid after I loose weight they won't be so full they will be some saggy messes!!

  6. Mine do a great job keeping my knees warm, lol. Then again, they did that BEFORE I was sleeved, so I can't blame that on the weight loss.

It'll be 7 months this week for me, and I've gone from a 50DDD to a 40D. Not in love with the look right now since my boobs are disappearing faster than my belly, but once they catch up with each other I think it'll be okay.

I am a 40ddd and i am looking forward to having some of it go away !! But not a whole lot!! I hope it's not "swinging low sweet chariot" when it's all over!!

  7. Do you have to lose weight pre-op? Like is it an insurance requirement? Sounds like you're asking more about a regular diet than the strict 2 week (usually) pre-op diet to shrink your liver, right?

I had to have a 90 day medically supervised weight loss period and I ate low carb and cut out starches and lost 29lbs in 90 days. And to be honest, that was with a fair amount of cheating. Many people respond well to a low carb diet. It's hard to cut out starches but it makes the weight come off.

Yes I believe it's the insurance requirement to lose 10% which is like around 25-30 lbs!!

  8. I am 35. I've lost 130 lbs; I'm 5'6. I have enough loose skin on my upper thighs that I wear a skirted swim suit. I have lose skin and still a lot of fat on my stomach and my upper arms are developing that 'bat wing' deformity crap. My face is looking pretty good, though. I have 70 pounds left to lose.

    thanks for the help!!

I am one year post op. 43 years old. My starting weight was 271 and current weight is 152. My face and neck are doing fine. I have loose skin on my upper thighs, my stomach is saggy, my arms are a little saggy but not too bad.

I worked out and toned throughout this process. I have really ripped legs and arms under my loose skin.

I might get my stomach and thighs done later down the road, but for now I am too happy enjoying life to want to deal with the downtime/recovery. Maybe next year?

I think a lot of it depends on age and genetics. The bottom line is I would rather have jiggly skin and feel great!! Good luck to you!!

    Wow !! Thanks so much!!

  9. This topic interest me as well. Being a double mastectomy breast cancer survivor who opted for no implants, I have had the DIEP flap. Essentially, they took a blob of fat and skin from my tummy and made two breast mounds and attached them to my chest. So I have NO BREAST TISSUE. It's all fat! Transplanted fat! So I wonder what mine will do. I have reserved a final reconstruction/revision surgery (I've had 5) for after I loose weight. I really don't want big boobs. I'd be fine with not much at all if I were very thin. I'll keep you abreast!

. Keep you abreast!! Lmao no pun intended!!

    But that is very interesting!!

I need to buy a measuring tape then!! Lmao
