6 Weeks post-op today... 46 lbs down since the morning of surgery., 67 lbs down since pre-op diet. Still don't feel like I see a change in the mirror, though people say they notice one. The mental part of this journey can often be the most difficult to control.

You'll see it. Congrats on the loss. I was about the same loss at the same stages for my post-op and pre op diet. I am now 11 weeks post op and I can tell, not only in my clothes, but also in the mirror. It can weigh heavy on the mind, but not as heavy as the weight physically weighed on you.
