How did you choose your doctor?

When i decided that i wanted to have surgery i first did extensive reasearch on all the different types of surgeries and ultimately decided on the sleeve (which i LOVE and couldnt be happier, yesterday was exactly a month post op and 30 lbs down) , then i called my insurance company to see if they had any bariatric doctors that were in my network, they gave me few doctors, i went to my first free consultation and right then and there i fell in love with the entire office and just knew that i didnt need to go anywhere else. I cannot say enough about my surgeon, she has to be the nicest person i have ever met as is her entire staff ( which are all females which was very comforting to me) so if you have insurance i would call them up and see if they can give you some names. Best decision i have ever made soo happy ????
  2. I myself dont like taking pills so my surgeon said i can take gummy vitamins, i have been able to find all of the pills in gummy form with exception to my iron pill and i have to say they are fantastic and they taste great too...its like your eating a gummy bear lol. The two brands i use are vitafusion for my multi vitamin which also covers the daily folic acid amount i have to take and vitamin c and spring valley for my calcium and B12. They are awesome
  3. Hello ladies, question, when did you start noticing the loss of your hair. I am 1 month post op and i really havent notice any real hair loss. I think ive shed more hair prior to even deciding to have the surgery than now lol
