Hello- I was also sleeved on the 12th. I could not tolerate the unjury Protein in the hospital and today was the first day that I got some of my normal Protein shake Syntrax down . As everyone has stated I was told to do my best with the liquids and it should get better.

Syntrax is great ! A ton of flavors or unflavored as well. Not as chalky as some of the other brands more like crystal light in texture. Currently lucky vitamin has pretty good prices but you may want to order from a company where you can get a variety pack to try them out.

I dislike the taste of Greek Yogurt as well but I have found that I like the Yopliat Whipped Greek Yogurt . Very light and a wide variety of flavors..

fat free soups, yogurt,cream of wheat, and sugar free pudding.

Hi Everyone My surgery date is April 12th and my second day of the liquid diet. It seems that the evening is the worst time for me when I need to prepare dinner. It may be a bit easier once spring break is over.
