Hey, my name is Stephanie! I was sleeved June 14th 2016 and went from 300 lbs to 228 lbs as of today!! I have a long road to go to get to 135 lbs. But I'm glad I got this surgery. After the surgery I was put in a hospital room over night. Immediately I was off my diabetic medication. I was on my BP med for a couple weeks, but my blood pressure was getting back to normal. I was off almost all the meds I needed for medical reasons. My blood sugars are 80 in the morning and in the 80's before bed. I'm in great health. My sleep apnea has improved. I had to have the pressure dropped from 12cm to 5cm. Atm I am slacking on exercises. I will be walking in the house more because it's raining here. Anyways here are some pics...

So far good!!You could tried to take natural herbal tea's to help you sleep ( some of them say relaxing tea). I used to have the same problem before. Now I work 3rd shift. So Is very easy for me to sleep during the day.

That is really good. You will continue to loose a lot of weight. One advise that I will give you is to not go crazy buying new clothes. Because sometimes is a waste of money. I used to buy a outfit and only used it once. And my husband use to get so mad. Lol. And yes you could message me if you like.

Lol! The show is good to a point, what scared me before having surgery was what if the doctor says I gained so much weight and he couldn't do the surgery. Some surgeons can be very ugly to patients. But that wasn't the case I had my pre op appointment a week before June 14th 2016. Anyways, keep watching the show, you will start changing your habits. I know I did. It has been a journey, i started the process in 2015 got sleeved on April 13, 2016. Insurance problems to got aproved i was at the border of the 40bmi mark, tried diferent diet but not successful. After having the sleeve it has been the best results and life changing that i had in a long time. I feel wonderful still much more to come. My recovery had been awesome and really quick, i had been able to eat the mayority of thing without having any hard time, but also have learned the hard way when something dont agree with me.
Its a journey to be continue!
