Thank yall. I needed to hear all of of this. Finally down one pound. But that's ok, i feel better about it. I guess I just wasn't expecting to stall out so early on. I should have taken my measurements before my surgery as I know I have lost inches. My husband showed me a photo taken about a month before my surgery and you can really tell the difference.

Thank you for that! I think I really needed to hear it. I have been doing everything by the book which is why it makes me so sad to not see a change! Thank you for making me feel better!

I am 5 wks post op,as of yesterday. I lost 23 pounds right off the bat between my pre op diet and the first week post op. Now I havent lost anything for 3 wks. Has anyone else had this problem? I have called my NUT and still waiting for a call back. This is very depressing!
